The fastest way is to let the AI import your existing menu — paste your restaurant's website URL, upload a PDF, or photograph your paper menu. Otherwise you can add items manually one by one. Then copy your QR code and you are live.
How do customers place and pay for orders? Customers scan your QR code, browse the menu, add items to a cart, and either pay online by card or wallet, or choose pay-at-table. Orders appear on your dashboard, and on the Kitchen Display if you use one, the moment they are placed.
Can I show allergens and dietary info? Yes — Tapli is built for EU allergen compliance. You can label every item with the 14 major EU allergens, plus dietary tags like vegan, halal, gluten-free and keto. Customers can filter in real time to see only what is safe for them. There is also an AI Detect Allergens button: tap it on any item and AI scans the name, description and ingredients to fill in all 14 tags in one click.
What does Tapli cost? Three plans: Starter €30 per month, Pro €50 per month and Business €95 per month, all excluding VAT. On annual billing the rate drops to €25, €45 and €85 a month, billed once a year — €300, €540 and €1020. Pro and Business include the ordering system.
Do my guests need an app? No. A Tapli menu opens in the phone's own browser. There is nothing to download and no account to create.
