These terms govern use of the Tapli platform, supplied by Tapli Oy, Business ID 3624313-5, of Vantaa, Finland. Using Tapli means accepting them.
Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe, at the plan prices published on the pricing page and excluding VAT. Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial. Plans may be changed or cancelled at any time from the billing portal, with changes taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
The restaurant is responsible for the accuracy of its own menu content, including prices, ingredients and allergen declarations. Tapli provides the tools, including AI assistance, but AI-generated allergen and nutrition data must be reviewed by the restaurant before publication. Tapli is not liable for the consequences of inaccurate menu data supplied or approved by the restaurant.
Guest payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms and settle to the restaurant's Stripe account. Tapli takes no commission on orders.
The service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim, to the extent permitted by Finnish law. These terms are governed by Finnish law.
